Brad, through Avalon Surveys has just completed the subdivision of our commercial site in Pinjarra (Western Australia). A number of land management and administration issues arose due to the land physical and use characteristics. Our expectations were exceeded when Avalon Surveys not only attended to the 'traditional scope' of a licensed survey firm, rather effectively managed all aspects of the subdivision process, a number of issues arising being unanticipated.
